Experience: It's something that is hard to gain and impossible to take away. It's something that can't be obtained overnight. It takes years of hard work and dedication to be truly experienced in a field. She has dedicated herself to real estate since 1974. Marilyn has been Schiller Real Estate's top listing agent since 1988 and has sold between 5 and 9 million each year for the past seven years. "I really want to help people achieve their goals, whether it is to own a first home, move up to a second home, relocate to a new area or invest. I am able to achieve that through real estate." Determined: Marilyn's one of her company's top sales associates. When she meets new customers, she starts asking questions to find out their goals. Nothing stands in the way of her helping to achieve them. "If something doesn't work, such as one way of financing a home, I find a way that will work. After all, the client is my focus and I go out of my way to make sure they are completely satisfied. You can rely on me to give honest straightforward answers to all your questions, as well as give you advice and find you the perfect home or find a qualified buyer for your home." Dedicated: "I always come through for my clients. My goal is to build lifelong relationships with my clients. I want to provide the highest level of service, trust and dedication. I want to make you my client for life!"
Educated: One of Marilyn's mottos is "always improving". She believes in being the best she can be, which is why she has earned her GRI and CRS designations. "I feel further education helps to better serve my clients. It gives me new ideas and helps me do the best job I can for my clients."
