When I joined Your Home Group, our team had already been the #1 team in the Schaumburg office for years. Because my team leads live in Elmhurst, Baird & Warner gave our team its own satellite office there… and when our managing broker in Schaumburg left, the decision was made to close that office and move the agents to Arlington Heights…Except our team.

Even though we have our own satellite office, our production still rolls into a “home office” location… and our team chose Glen Ellyn. A town I fell in love with the minute I stepped into it.

At our first Glen Ellyn office meeting, we went through the office stats… and seeing Your Home Group ranked #1 in closed volume for the month AND #1 year to date was such a proud moment for me. Not just because of the numbers… but because it represented being part of something bigger. Being part of a town I genuinely love, with a team I’m incredibly proud and honored to stand beside.

The last 10 months have changed my life in so many ways. Restarting with a new team and a new brokerage hasn’t been easy… but the challenges have pushed me, humbled me, taught me, and shown me exactly where I needed to grow so I can continue becoming a better agent for my clients. I’m eternally grateful to my clients, my team, and my brokerage for believing in me and trusting me.
