I miss the crazy way you would yell โ€œCuzoโ€ over a noisy crowd and on the phone when you would call me especially in June because itโ€™s our birth month. You were always extra hype and loved life so much! Today, we would have said a prayer and reflected on how grateful we are for our lives and what was up next. You were grateful, funny, smart, encouraging and pushy. You were always trying to get me to go everywhere you were and always had a fantastic idea you wanted me to help you execute or just brainstorm on how to execute. I miss that, we all miss that and we all will miss you forever. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿค—๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ’•

Landlords! Did you know that New York State has requirements for providing heat to tenants? We they do. Here is a breakdown:
Heating season is from October 1st to May 31.
From 6am to 10 pm if the temperature outside drops below 55 degrees the inside temperature must be at least 68 degrees.
From 10pm to 6am the inside temperature must be at least 65 degrees.

The fun we had, the laughs, the hugs, embraces, the tears, the plans we madeโ€ฆ.Dear God my heart is broken knowing you are gone but at peace knowing your pain is over๐Ÿ’”. I loved you before you were born and I told you that all the time. You were born 5 days before my birthday and I was so happy! I got to hug you and love you up all your life. I will miss you so much.
