We’re putting an addition on this home we completed somewhat recently. You’ll see the gable on the left side is fairly wide open (making this photography angle less flattering than others); it was designed like that from conception to accommodate this addition.

This is the living room side of the masonry stack running up through the center of the home we just finished at lot 9 in Bulltown. A lot more pictures to come. Some features:
- wood burning fireplace
- black walnut flooring (from trees on the lot)
- black walnut mantle (from tree on the lot)
- beadboard ceiling
- Chester county fieldstone (from stone on the site)

Close to finishing the home on lot 9 at Bulltown. Here’s a section of the kitchen - soapstone counters have just been installed (not oiled yet so they’re a light grey still) plumbing and appliances are going in next week. There is a lot of natural light in this kitchen
