Good afternoon!! Hope everyone had a safe Thanksgiving! The artic air is moving in with the snowflakes that are falling today. As much as some people want to laugh when I post this, please make sure you leave you water dripping the next couple of days. Once water lines freeze, it is extremely hard to thaw them in these temps. Please share this post!

Folks, these Temps are no joke! Today & tonight is when you should drip water 💧!! Again, we cannot & will not unfreeze frozen water lines! Please do not let your animals stay outside long in this either!! They can't handle these Temps.

Good afternoon! I am going to put this out there starting today. I know we are going to get the jokesters making comments or laughing, but it needs said. Next week thru the end of the month (as of right now), temps are going to be EXTREMELY COLD 🥶🥶 It is imperative that if your pipes have known to freeze, that you leave water dripping all day and night! We are looking at single digits to negative temps during day & overnight. WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO UNTHAW ANY FROZEN PIPES!! Please be prepared!!

Good afternoon everyone!
It's that wonderful time of the year again. Tomorrow is the first official day of winter and Mother Nature is making sure we know it's here. If you haven't seen by now, our area is under a Winter Storm Watch from Thurs thru Saturday. Heavy snow, winds with wind gust up to 50+mph, and wind chills as low as 25 degrees below zero!! We are asking all tenants to PLEASE be sure to leave water dripping if you know your lines have tendency to freeze. With those temps and wind chills, we will NOT be able to unfreeze lines!! I would advise to have alternate heating sources, such as space heaters, in case furnaces stop working or power goes out. Remember it is Christmas this wknd, and we will be spending time with our families. If there is an emergency, PLEASE message the page. Share this post. We will have the phone handy, but with limited monitoring.
