🏡 JUST SOLD | Emerald Isle 🌊

This closing was more than two years in the making! 💙

We first met these clients just over two years ago and have been on the hunt ever since for the right Emerald Isle home — a second home to enjoy now, a future forever home, and a place that would work beautifully for at least two generations of their family.

Finding the one — and getting them a great deal on it — made this closing especially rewarding. We couldn’t be happier for them and all the memories we know will be made here for years to come!

Welcome home to North Carolina! 🇺🇸

We had the pleasure of helping this military family make their move from Japan to Eastern NC — and much of the home-buying process happened while they were still overseas!

They went under contract on their new construction home from afar, and we were able to be their eyes and ears here, help them navigate the process, and negotiate a great deal on their new home. They arrived stateside just in time to see it all come together before completion. 🏡🔑

They were absolutely fabulous to work with, and we’re so glad they trusted us to represent them and help make a long-distance move a little easier.
