Looking for a self motivated person or persons to fill positions immediately. The ideal applicant would be looking for a career in Vacation Rentals and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be available weekends and rotating on call after-hours. Must have basic maintenance knowledge. Clerical skills are required. Applicant must have valid drivers license. See below for some duties that will be required.

DUTIES:
-Linen preparation
-Property Inspections
-Basic Maintenance
-Answering phones
-Issuing keys for vendors and guests
-Filing paperwork
-Interacting with guests and homeowners
-Creating/Updating Work Orders
-Dispatching Maintenance Techs
-Other duties as required
