Pine & Peak Retreats was created from a love of travel, cozy spaces, and those little moments that turn a getaway into a memory—morning coffee with a view, sunset walks, laughter around the table, and that deep exhale when you finally relax.
Hi, I’m Amanda—wife, homeschool mom of four, and a traveler at heart 🤍 We’ve been lucky to call Minnesota, Florida, and Montana home over the years, and each place has shaped how we think about hospitality. I’m also the owner of Itasca Adventures RV Rentals in Nevis, MN, where I’ve spent years helping families get out and explore—something I truly love.
With Pine & Peak Retreats, we’re bringing that same passion into thoughtfully designed stays and full-service property management in Lake Country, Minnesota and Paradise Valley, Montana.

✨ Lucky Loon Lakeside Villa– a lakeside escape on beautiful Potato Lake by Park Rapids, MN. Lake views, pool, boat slips, amenities galore and peaceful atmosphere.
⚓️ Harbour Haven – a cozy and inviting retreat at Izatys on Mille Lacs, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water or the golf course, with all the comforts of home and a little extra charm.
