I still enjoyed the drive to Port Austin and the view from the house, unfortunately house keys were missing and couldnt finish the inspection🤷‍♂️. Beautiful day in Michigan for an inspection.

Sometimes problems in a home are obvious, sometimes they can be hidden by a small rug but cause a lot of headache down the road. This was the condition of the bathroom of a listed home. That is an uncapped sewer pipe that was cut and left at some point in time. It’s an inspectors job to look for things that are incorrect and may be covered up.
