FINCEN!!!!!

Is this a cuss word or something to protect you?

from my understanding and I’m not perfect so don’t quote my words exactly, but if you are a cash purchaser through your business or some entity like LLC or a trust, you now have an extra step that title will send you that is through FINCEN.
