Market Update Monday! 🏡
🔹Total home sales in the Emporia area rose last month to 20 units, compared to 14 units in January 2025.
🔹The average sales price in January was $181,497, down from $185,765 a year earlier.
🔹Homes sold in January were on the market an average of 36 days and sold for 96.5% of their list prices.
🔹The total number of active listings in the Emporia area at the end of January was 63 units, up from 50 at the same point in 2025. This represents a 1.9-month supply of homes available for sale.
