Before long I’ll be deleting this page. That’s because I’m changing my business name to Felts Properties, LLC to Felts Rentals, LLC. Mainly because I’m rebranding and developing a new website. It's nothing too crazy but here's a little before and after in the back bottom-level apartment at 1118 Exchange!

I’m excited to announce that I’ve closed on 820 Exchange which is the third multiunit apartment and fourth rental property with Felts Properties, LLC! This is a nice four unit with covered parking in the back! The top floor 2bedroom alone is over 1300 ft.²! Directly below that is a near identical floor plan! Then on the lowest level there are two really nice one-bedrooms! This is just the start because I’ve got bigger plans moving forward! In the meantime thanks to everyone who supports me with my business adventures!

This is the newest property 743 Oak Emporia, KS!

It's nothing fancy but this is the new gravel added to the back of 1118 Exchange in Emporia, KS. I think if anyone asked any of my tenants they would hear I consistently do my best to take care of the people living at my properties. With this building we have two separate two bedroom apartments in the back and a single bedroom in the front. This picture is taken from the back of the property.

This is 807 Exchange in Emporia, KS! It includes a full lot for kids to play! There are two separate two bedrooms and four studio apartments. These are pictures I took after my last tenant moved out. After shampooing the carpets and hiring a professional cleaning service. I had the popcorn ceiling scraped and added knock down. As future tenants move out, I intend to provide the same level of care to the rest of these apartments.
