🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨

A rental scam is circulating on TikTok using one of my properties at 1034 Lawrence St listed for $800 — this is NOT legitimate. The correct rent is $1,250.

This was first caught by a potential tenant who took the time to report it — I appreciate that. I also want to give credit to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department for reaching out and following up right away.

⚠️ The fake post uses a false price and phone number (701-870-4450).

✅ The only verified places my listings appear:
etownproperties.net, Zillow, and my official page
