Feel pretty good with the last minute tweak to the master bathroom/closet layout for our home up in Mission Viejo. We decided to enlarge the bathroom, widening it by 1’ and creating space for a toilet room. It cost us an additional $1,200 but I think the ROI will be far in excess.

What to do, what to do… How many of you out there get stuck in analysis paralysis? It’s always a careful balance of being thoughtful and intentional with your design while also understanding that there isn’t one perfect solution.
