My first fortay into real estate was when I partnered in the purchase of my first investment property in La Jolla (San Diego), California. Since then I have created a very profitable portfolio of real estate holdings in both rental and non-rental properties in Southern California and the Greater Toronto Area. I have a unique and proven formula that results in real estate investments being profitab
le in both rising and declining markets. This has been tested with my own holdings in Southern California over the past eight years, where property prices have fallen more than 50% off their peaks of 2005. With each property, I conduct a thorough search to understand comparative pricing in a designated/desirable area. When this is completed I also research rents for similar properties in this area whether the property is for personal or rental use. This is done to make sure if needed the property will always carry itself for the owner. With this insurance formula put in place, if for some reason the property needs to be rented, it will generate a positive Return On Investment (RIO) in both good and bad markets. I have brought my highly honed skills as a successful real estate investor into my vocation as a Realtor. my specialties are home purchases and sales, and investment properties in both Southern Ontario and Southern California.
