Great story here of how we brought this seller a cash buyer for their home!
First connected with a neighbor at an open house, but misplaced their contact info.

We set out on a search to find them by knocking on all the single level homes in the Cove and left flyers for those that weren’t home.

Next, we sent postcards & letters to all the homes in the community just in case someone knew of a neighbor with a single level home that was interested in selling.

BINGO! Found the open house guest that had mentioned they “potentially” may be moving out if state.

The great ending is we found our buyers a home in the neighborhood they had identified they wanted to live in. Our sellers needed their cash out to purchase a replacement property. Our sellers also needed a rent-back of 5 months which our buyers were in a position to obtain a rental in the area.
WE CLOSED ESCROW!

Sometimes we all need to think outside the box to facilitate a win-win for both parties. The stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ aligned for these lucky clients and TnT 🧨 did the matchmaking!
