I have over forty years experience as a CPA specializing in publicly traded companies compliance with the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission. I have substantial experience working in the real estate and financial institution industries in a consulting, chief financial officer or a VP of Finance capacity. I can advise clients about real estate trends, financing options and real estate values among other things. I spend a substantial amount of time volunteering as a Board member of the Surfing Madonna Oceans Project Foundation.
