We’re Matt & Lindsay, the husband-and-wife team behind L&M Landing, a boutique luxury short-term rental management company based in Encinitas, California.

What began in 2019 with our own home off Hygeia in Leucadia has grown into a full-service operation helping homeowners transform their properties into top-performing, beautifully designed vacation rentals, without the stress.

We’re rooted deeply in the community: Lindsay has lived in Encinitas for over twenty years and holds Canadian/USA dual citizenship, while Matt combines his Poway upbringing with his Wisconsin roots (Go Pack Go!). Together, that mix of local insight and diverse perspective shapes the hospitality experience we create.

Lindsay: Property Design & Guest Experience
Lindsay leads design, staging, layout optimization, and amenity curation with one goal: maximize guest experience and maximize owner ROI. Her luxury-meets-function approach ensures every home shines from day one.
