After a 2 long year search and a 3 month long escrow, my client finally closed on a beautiful peace of land to build his dream home in Los Feliz! 🥳🥂

We started the search 2 years ago in search for the right home. We found one in Los Feliz and bid over $576k over list price, but someone got it for $801k over list price. Not a typo.

After seeing many homes over a 2 year span, That was the only one the client ever liked enough to want to buy!

So finally, he decided to get land and build on it(also not easy in LA).

He’s not a builder, so I strongly advised against it because of the time, money and decision making it would take in the process.

But he had a vision, a dream and the time, since his work takes him away a lot.

We found the perfect piece of land and he will get to build his dream home in The Oaks in Los Feliz! 🏡🎉

It was not an easy deal for different reasons, but so rewarding in the end for my buyer and I’m so happy to have been a part of it!

The moral of the story is some deals take longer than others and clients change course and that’s perfectly ok. Things always work out as they should.

As long as in the end, they’re happy and are doing what’s best for them, that’s what I’m here to do.

Doing right by the clients and getting repeat and referral business makes everything worth while!

So happy for my friends and clients, who just sold their beautiful home in 7 days with me! 🎇🏡🥂

I first helped them buy it 6 years ago. They had just gotten married and it was their first home together.

Now they have 2 beautiful kids, 3 pets and amazing memories, they’ve built in their home.

Having kids and pets makes it a bit of a challenge when trying to sell and show a home.

But they were so amazing: prepared the home as we had discussed, handed me the key, sent their pets to be cared for outside the home and traveled overseas for 2 weeks to find their next home.

By the time they were back, they had made an offer on their new home. And we were preparing to close on their home here.

Each story is unique to every home, but they always are meaningful to the owners and to me.

Being let into someone’s life like this and being trusted with their most precious asset and a place where they call home is an honor I don’t take lightly.
