I had the pleasure of representing both seller and buyer on this transaction! I have to say this was one of the most smooth transaction. A little back story, my previous client text me a picture of a open house sign outside of the complex. She knew I had a client who was looking for a townhome in this complex for months. So I called the number on the open house sign and it ended up being the seller. I met with the seller and we talked for hours, she was so kind, patient and funny. I got the listing on the spot. My buyer came to look at the home and immediately wrote an offer. I had two amazing clients who were patient and had me laughing through the entire deal. Both of my clients got a great deal on the home and to see how thankful they were to have me as their real estate agent is what makes me the proudest. Being a real estate agent isn’t just about selling homes, it’s about the amazing people I meet along the way and the relationships I build!
