Attention Residents!
We are excited to announce that the pool is officially open! We look forward to another fun and enjoyable summer season with everyone. To make sure it is a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the pool rules below and follow them throughout the season:
• Pool hours are from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, weather permitting and at management’s discretion. Please note that the pool will close during inclement weather or impending storms, as swimming during these conditions is prohibited for safety reasons.
• Food and beverages are welcome, provided all trash and personal items are properly cleaned up before leaving the pool area. Please remember to carry out what you bring in. Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted at any time.
• Boisterous behavior, excessive noise, screaming, running, or other disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Residents must accompany their guests at all times. Please note that allowing guests to use the pool without the resident present is a violation of the lease agreement and pool rules and may result in suspension of pool privileges.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult while using the pool.
• All persons wearing diapers must wear swim diapers or tight-fitting rubber or plastic protective coverings.
• Artificial flotation devices and recreational equipment are not permitted in the pool area. This includes rafts, toys, balls, inner tubes, snorkels, face masks, fins, and similar items. Exception: Properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vests are permitted, along with devices specifically approved by Pool Management for swimmers requiring flotation assistance.
