is knowledge of the county with his customer service mindset and emerged as an up-and-coming real estate success. Always looking to provide the highest level of service for his clients and customers, Tim enhanced his skillset by becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer to gain first-hand knowledge of real estate finance. As a Real Estate Instructor, Tim enjoyed teaching real estate licensing courses at Rockland Community College, Pace University, and the Rockland County Board of Realtors. In 1999, after volunteering for Junior Achievement of Rockland County and working with a 12th grade economics class (coincidentally at the same high school Tim graduated from), Tim decided he wanted to pursue K-12 education full-time and continue real estate on a part-time basis. Tim became an Instructional Technology Teacher and over the next four years, he went on to receive a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a 2nd master’s degree in School Administration. In 2003, Tim was recognized by the Rockland Economic Development Corporation as one of the “Top Forty under 40” in Rockland County to watch. Over the next 15+ years, Tim went on to become an Assistant Principal, Principal, Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent of Schools. All the while, Tim remained true to real estate and continued to instruct as well as work with buyers and sellers. Thus, adding to his repertoire, Tim has a keen understanding of schools and school districts in the Lower Hudson Valley as well as New York City. During COVID, Tim was diagnosed with prostate cancer and faced some difficult decisions. Given the prognosis, Tim resigned from the Superintendency to focus 100% on addressing his health. After surgery and successfully beating cancer, Tim returned to his real estate roots on a full-time basis. One could say, Tim went back… to the future!
