If you walk into one of your investment properties and you don’t feel comfortable or the sense that it’s somewhere you’d want to live - then why would someone else?

This is especially true for our co-living homes.

Tenants who like where they live will treat the home better and stay there longer.

So, if you’re having high tenant turnover or a hard time renting your units….spend some time in the house and make updates.

on Invest2FI - what’s your for real deal!?This summer was a reminder of why I love real estate. 🌞🏔️☀️ The flexibility means I can travel, spend time with people I love, and create memories… but it also means I can jump on a client call from anywhere.

When I first started and was pushing through 100 deals a year, there wasn’t much balance—just grind.

Now, I’ve learned how to create space to enjoy life and still show up fully for my clients.
