We are honored to share that SP Crossing Apartments has been nominated for a 2026 Colorado EAGLE Award, one of the most respected recognitions in Colorado’s affordable housing industry.

SP Crossing was made possible through a collaborative partnership between Nesbitt Development, Brinshore Development, and Urban Land Conservancy, along with the support of many outstanding public, private, and community partners. Special thanks also to Carvell Architects and Alliance Construction as well for designing and building a beautiful building.

Located in Commerce City, SP Crossing was developed to help address the growing need for quality affordable housing and to create long-term positive impact within the community.

This nomination reflects the power of collaboration and shared vision, and we are grateful to everyone who helped bring this important project to life.

We did it. SP Crossing Apartments is officially 100% leased.
What started as a vision through Nesbitt Development to bring high-quality, attainable housing to Commerce City is now a fully occupied, thriving community. From land acquisition to financing, construction, and lease-up — this has been a labor of focus, faith, and persistence.

I am incredibly proud of what we built.
