We are officially closed!

Not every real estate story is a straight line… and this one is proof that the right buyer is worth waiting for.

This home went under contract not once, but TWICE before making it to the closing table.

In the Denver market, I’m seeing many buyers focus only on the offer price while overlooking opportunities that can save thousands of dollars over the life of the loan.

This closing was bittersweet. 💞This couple came into my life a short time ago. It was such a blessing to be with them during this transitional time as they are now moving out of state. They poured their blood, sweat and tears into the house that was their home for nine years. Thankfully, it's going to a buyer who fully appreciates every detail that was poured into this property. Sometimes it's hard to say goodbye to good things but I'm excited for them and their next chapter!

Congrats to Gavin Chavoustie Tomasino Properties who was the TB on the other side of the transaction. It's so fun when the buyer and seller are in the same brokerage!
