"Chirp Chirp," the bird said
As he pooped on my head
Horrified, I looked up to see
A tiny bird looking down at me
"Why? Why? Why would you do that?" I cried
"I didn't mean to, you were walking too fast," he replied
Miss Duck saw him and looked up too
"I saw what he did to you,"
"He does it to everyone,
You have to look up, hun!"
I heard her call out,
As I ran inside with a pout
When I walked back outside, hair wet,
I heard my neighbors' fret
"Why? Why? Why would you do that?"
"I didn't mean to, you were walking too fast"
I heard from nextdoor
In his tree was the tiny bird from before
As he flew away,
I heard Miss Duck say,
"His aim is getting better," she quacked
"He thinks he's clever," I laughed
As we heard a scream from a few doors away
