We're happy to share that our client, Arapahoe County Water and Wastewater Authority (ACWWA), recently purchased an office building in the Centennial Airport Center. Great job to Bill Woodward and Roby Bull of Skye Commercial for helping ACWWA secure the best possible terms. Also, big shout out Alex Shapiro, Kevin McKinnon and Craig Paton of Transwestern, who represented the Seller in this deal. Working together makes good things happen!
