September Stats are in! Still a very strong sellers market but we have seen a stabilization of sorts over the past couple of months giving buyers a few more opportunities to make a purchase. Keep in mind, this isn't a pullback. This is more like a market correction from enjoying very low home prices for more than a decade. Season is now kicking in, bringing in more buyers to the area and with them, a return of the cyclical increase in demand on housing.
