I was on a call yesterday with the team and we were discussing our plans for growth, the future and upcoming plans. It made me sit back and think for a while about where we are going and I was struck by this: my team is SO important to me. This is the view I am working for!

One of my major goals is to have a second home on a warm, beautiful beach. What are your goals that you are working toward? Do you feel like you are on your way to achieving those goals?

Since joining eXp Realty I have been able to adjust my daily thought process from “what’s my next deal” to “where do I want to be in 5, 10, 20 years.” That shift has felt like for years I’ve been on a hike with my eyes set on just 1 or 2 steps ahead and I’ve finally been able to look up and see the view, the next 20 steps…and the destination I am approaching.

I don’t know about you but it’s been crazy over here! I’m someone who likes to stay busy but also organized and if I’m being honest, it’s a challenge! I wanted to quickly take a moment to catch you all up on what I have going on in my world because I have challenged myself to document my journey, life and business here on Instagram!

I've been doing this real estate thing for a little over 3 years now -- whew! Time flies.

I used to work in a cubicle, chase a train twice a day, and always be on someone else's schedule. I had bigger dreams to eventually start something on my own. When I had the courage to finally jump, my safety net appeared. And I was free to and chase my own dreams.

It hasn't always been easy ~~ But worth it? 100%. I started out 3+ years ago, pretty much alone and figuring it out.

It's funny how "coincidentally" meeting and running into new, Good People, who are much like me, who also wanted to build their dreams, that are much like mine, and it just made sense to partner up and join a crusade. -- As I look back, it's been all laid out pretty perfectly in the bigger sense.
