Most people have a list of projects they want to complete before they're "ready" to sell, but I'm here to encourage you to let go of the list and call me first! We don't want you to spend a weekend cleaning the same stuff my cleaners tackle on the new listing clean, or giving away furniture that we can use somewhere else in the house to help us get gorgeous professional pictures! It can also be nice to be able to sell off any furniture that isn't helping sell your home and isn't making it's way to your new house. Creative planning means you don't need to have cash on hand to maximize your profits. My customizable concierge package is designed to complete tasks that can be costly and/or tedious! To date, I've included items such as a full furnace replacement, yard soding, junk hauling, rental deep cleaning, full and partial home staging, landscaping, painting, gutter install, plumbing and window repairs/replacement, to list a few. Sometimes the lender requires work to be complete before closing and if the repair doesn't happen neither does the sale. Sometimes all the equity is in the house and there's no extra money for a repair that can net you thousands more if it can get done. Sometimes it's just to reduce the inevitable stress of moving, but either way, I want you to get the most money, while keeping things as easy and stress free as possible. I can also schedule repairs, donation pickup, meet contractors, insurance adjustors, organizers, movers and estate sale/auction companies. This is great for busy sellers, landlords, and out of state sellers! One of my FAVORITE things is to do is what's called a working consultation with Heather Ledgerwood of Mountain View Staging and Redesign. This can be done in one or two sessions and usually lasts a couple hours. During this time Heather and I will walk through your home with you making beds, removing personal items, hanging new towels, shower curtains, art, moving existing furniture and general decluttering, tagging items for donation and boxing items as we go and even planning for supplemental staging items if needed! I've done this step with just Heather and myself, and I've done it with a giant crew of sellers friends and family! The more the merrier! Once this step is completed, you're ready for my cleaning crew and professional pictures!
