This market is tough for Sellers! It takes time and patience and in the end you're gonna feel like you were in the ring with Rocky Balboa. Another agent in the neighborhood told me over and over we were priced $200k over market value. It was a test of patience and faith, but ultimately God had the perfect Buyer in mind for this home and it was finally sold and closed! It was truly an honor to be chosen to represent the Sellers of this home and bring it to a successful and happy close (oh and well over what the naysayer said).

What was I saying about 1% going smooth and 99% problem-solving??? Showed up to the walk-through and this time the key didn’t work. Called a locksmith and we got in. 🙌 the keys were locked inside.

Being a Realtor is 1% everything going smooth and 99% problem-solving.
Like today, there was no key for the walk-through so hurry up find out who has the key, go get the key, go back for the walk-through. But I got to see the awesome Colorado landscape for about two hours while driving in the car back-and-forth to Simla… twice. 😂
