The longer I do this, the more I realize how little the search is about the house.

It's about the life someone is trying to move toward. The space they're trying to create. The version of their day they've been imagining but haven't said out loud.

I used to lead with questions about square footage and school districts. Now I lead with: what are you ready for?

The answers are always more honest than any wishlist. ✨

There's something about this corner of Colorado that gets people.

The pines are real. The pace is real. The mornings feel different here: quieter, wider, like the day is actually yours before it starts. Trails that go somewhere. Neighbors who wave. A community that feels intentional, not accidental.

People move to Colorado for a lot of reasons. The ones who end up in Castle Pines tend to stay.

If you're curious what life actually looks like here, comment CASTLEPINES and I'll send you a closer look.

I almost quit real estate not once, but twice.

It was 2020, four years into this career, and I remember telling myself this was the year. Either it would finally work, or I'd go do something else.

Then everything shifted. That same year, my business went from 3 million to 12.5 million in sales. The turn came right when I was closest to walking away.

Ten years later this 2026, I think about that a lot. Sometimes the breakthrough is closer than it feels.

Ten years in real estate has taught me a lot.

Contracts can be learned.
Markets change.
Strategies evolve.

But people will always be at the heart of this work.

I've had the privilege of witnessing some of life's biggest milestones. First homes, growing families, downsizing decisions, unexpected transitions, and exciting new beginnings.

The houses matter.

But it's the people, their stories, and the trust they place in me that have made these last ten years so meaningful.

Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. 🤍

There's a version of this conversation I have a lot. Someone has been sitting with a thought for months, sometimes years, and when they finally say it out loud, the first thing they say is: "Is that a terrible thing to want?"

It's not. Not even a little.

The house you raised your family in, the one you poured yourself into, it did its job beautifully. But homes are meant to fit your life. And lives change.

If you've been carrying that quiet feeling and haven't known what to do with it, I'm always happy to just talk it through. No pressure, no agenda.

This month marks 10 years in real estate.

Looking back, it's funny because this was never the career I originally planned.

Before real estate, I owned a floral and home interiors boutique, worked in design, and had the opportunity to be part of some incredible projects along the way.

Then life shifted.

What followed was a new chapter, a lot of learning, and a career that's now been part of my life for the last decade.

Thank you to every client, friend, family member, and referral partner who's been part of it. I'm incredibly grateful.

Some of the most grounded moves I've been part of started with a Google search at 11pm.

Someone tired of the pace. Tired of the noise. Looking for something they couldn't quite name but would know when they saw it.

The open space, the slower mornings, the sense that life here is lived a little more on purpose.

They'd never visited. But they already felt it.

If you've been having that late-night conversation with yourself, I'd love to tell you what it's actually like to live here. Happy to answer anything.

Move-up buyers are some of the most prepared people I work with. They've done their homework, they know what they want, they have the means to make it happen.

And they're often the ones who take the longest to move forward.

Not because of the numbers. Because of a feeling. Some quiet voice that asks whether this is too much, too soon, too indulgent.

It's not. Wanting a home that matches where you are in life right now isn't overreaching. It's just paying attention.

If you've been circling that decision, even just to talk through what it could look like, I'm here.

Relocating is already a lot. Adding an unfamiliar market on top of it shouldn't make it harder. But without the right context, it usually does.

The buyers I work with coming from out of state say the same thing afterward. They wish they'd connected with someone local earlier, before the decisions were already half made.

If you’re starting to explore, I put together a “How to Hire a Realtor” guide in my bio with 20 essential questions to ask before you choose the right agent.

There's a moment in a showing when you stop evaluating and just feel it. The floor plan stops mattering. The comps stop mattering. Something about the space just lands.

That's what I'm always watching for with move-up buyers. Not the checklist moment. The quiet one.

The homes that do that tend to be the ones people stay in. What's the one thing on your list that isn't on your list?
