But those are really just the details.

The more important questions are about the life you're trying to create around them.

When I sit down with a client, I want to understand what their days look like now, what isn't working anymore, and what they want more of in the years ahead.

Because once you know that, the search becomes much more intentional.

Ten years in, and this is still the part of real estate that means the most to me.

Yes, I love beautiful homes. I love architecture, thoughtful design, and finding a property that checks all the right boxes.

But what stays with me are the people.

Sometimes, life simply asks for more room.

More space for family to gather.
A guest room for the people you love.

I've seen clients reach a point where their current home feels too small for the life they want to live next.
