I believe the market is at a standstill..

Either...

1: Household incomes have to go up.
2: Interest rates have to go down.
3: Or real estate prices have to go down.

Something has to give. The current real estate market isn't sustainable long term. The real estate market moves very slow, and every market is different. It will take time for things to play out.
