Firstly, there were not enough stars to begin to describe the first class service Joanne delivered. This is the second purchase we have made in Florida and we never hesitated to contact Joanne for the second time. She is the utmost, professional. Her dedication, fortitude, determination, knowledge and professionalism at all times is truly astounding. The deal was particularly complicated, requiring a tremendous amount of patience, research and more than a touch of humour at times! Joanne not only held our hands during the whole experience, which had to be undertaken via email, due to being residents of the UK, her energy and commitment at all times shone through. She has become more like a family member now, we thank our lucky stars that Joanne came into our lives and we hope to maintain our friendship for the rest of our lives.
