Yes it’s true and it’s time we say no thanks to over regulation. I stay out of the politics for the most part here but this has pushed itself into my industry and I want to make sure we are all aware of what affects our homes. Almost exactly 22 years ago my husband and I were married in this gorgeous temple. It was amazing to be able to be back here and walk the grounds before I headed home from my conference. As soon as I stepped on the stone walk way I felt a peace come over me and I knew I was home. To my eXp family, I hope you were able to come see this beauty yourself this past week. To everyone else, if you haven’t seen it in person and are curious about the inside, next year from April to October is your only chance to do see. Come and see the beauty ❤️

Day 3 was a fantastic day of collaboration with some of my favorite people. It was also the final day and we had a western themed send off party that had a surprise thunderstorm. ⛈️ I’m not one to shy away from some rain but I also had some important things and people to see! Day 2 of eXpCon did not disappoint. I learned a lot about some new tools to help me refine my business and to bring more value to my clients. I am so fortunate to have so much family that lives close by. I was able to see my sister, brother, SIL, niece, parents, and my middle daughter who all live here! Lots of convos, lots of learnings, lots of family, and even some hockey and art with my favorite college freshman. eXp truly is where Agents come to grow! Realty

I wish I was making this up, after 3 days of viewing homes there was a hiccup in our upcoming showings so we needed to reschedule. This guy woke up and chose vio13nce I guess 😂. You guys, I have personally been here. We had a buyer no show after begging to see our home on Easter Sunday at 3pm!! A 3 hour notice on a showing cancellation is a blessing. Emotions are high in the housing market right now, if you are the seller talk it through with your Realtor. If you are the Realtor giving advice to do this please reevaluate your profession and if it is the right fit for you. The only thing this accomplished was to dissuade my clients from being interested further.
