Love is in the air in Denver. January reflected a season of buyers growing more serious in their dating of property, with the search to find the perfect place picking up throughout the Denver Metro. Homes listed over the holidays, which saw little to no attention, experienced a sudden pick-up in showings and many new listings received multiple offers. New listings increased 14.73% to 3,280 year-over-year and pending home sales increased 6.5% to 3,294. The spring selling season will likely be strong this year due to pent-up demand and more favorable lending terms.
