The Englewood market slowed down in August compared to July — but there’s still plenty of activity. 🏡
We saw 117 homes sell and 132 new listings hit the market, even during our slower summer season.
And for buyers, this is a window worth paying attention to. Serious buyers are shopping now, inventory is building, and homes are taking longer to sell — giving you more time to look, compare, and potentially negotiate.
If you’ve been thinking about buying, now may be the time to find your house before our seasonal residents return and competition starts picking back up. 👀
For sellers, buyers are still out there — but with an average of 122 days on market, pricing and positioning your home correctly matters.
Slower doesn’t mean stopped. It means the strategy has changed.
