Electrical panels should be easily accessible and installed in safe locations, such as a garage, utility room, hallway, or dedicated electrical room 🏠

These photos are from one of our extensive pre-drywall inspections at Buyers Choice Inspections.

This is a crucial stage of construction because once the drywall is installed, many components are no longer visible.

Before the drywall goes up the next day, we inspect and document key areas including:

Our team recently discovered these issues on a mobile home last week: 🔍

Exterior electrical services and shutoffs must be securely fastened to either the home or post to prevent strain or damage on the electrical connections.

Leaving the system as it stands may result in electrical shock, fire, or further damage to the system. 🔥

While we were not on site to inspect anything electrical related, this was still beneficial to bring to the customers attention so they can get it fixed properly!
