Projections look good for home sales!

NAR is projecting a 13% increase in existing-home sales in 2024 (from 2023) to 4.62 million and a 15.8% increase in 2025 (from 2024) to 5.35 million and said interest rates will be cut four times.

Happy Thanksgiving to our friends and family near and far♥️

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Stiver First International Team...we just wanted to share a few things we are Thankful for this year, and to give you a little chuckle in the process:

• We are Sooo Thankful for elastic waistbands and leggings. 🦃👖
• Grateful for the "mute" button during family Zoom calls. 🎤🚫
• So Appreciative of the one who always brings dessert—saving us from attempted baking disasters. 🍰🙌
• We are Grateful to the person who invented "to-go" containers, because who wants to cook the next day? 🍗🍽️
• Appreciative of the TV remote, allowing a swift escape from awkward political debates at the dinner table. 📺👀
• Thankful for the friends who remind us that calories don't count on Thanksgiving. 🚫🍕
• Grateful for the ability to blame post-dinner naps on "tryptophan" instead of admitting I overate. 😴🤷‍♂️

We hope you have so much to be Grateful for too. At the end of the day we are reminded that our real blessings are not the food we eat, but the friends and family that bring joy to our lives not just on Thanksgiving, but everyday.
