And this one feels pretty accurate.

Kinda chic to ask your Realtor 47 questions in one day and never once wonder if you’re bothering her.

Buying or selling a home comes with A LOT of questions. Some are big, some are tiny, and some start with, “Okay, this might be a dumb question, but…”

Ask me anyway. Text me again. Send me the listing. Ask what I think. That’s literally what I’m here for.

You’re not being picky because you want the kitchen island.

Because it’s probably not really about the island.

It’s about where everyone gathers while you’re making dinner. Where you drink your coffee in the morning. Where backpacks get dropped, snacks get eaten, and conversations happen without being planned.

When we’re looking at homes together, I want to know about those things. Not just how many bedrooms you need, but how you actually want to live in your home.

That’s not being picky. That’s knowing what matters to you.

Esther wasn’t planning on hiring me. 😂❤️

We met when she needed to sell her dad’s home after he passed away, and somewhere in that first conversation, things changed. What started as a listing appointment became something much more personal.
