Buying a home comes with a lot of questions, decisions and moving pieces. You want an agent who listens, communicates clearly and works with you through the process, not just someone opening doors.

Before you start ripping out cabinets or replacing every bathroom, let's talk.

Some updates can absolutely help a home sell, but others may cost more than you'll get back. I always recommend looking at the home, the neighborhood and the current market before deciding where to spend your money.

Sometimes a good cleaning, fresh paint and a few repairs are the better investment.

Harper gets all the love these days, but I can’t celebrate without thinking about Maggie, Bailey and Baby too.

This one is a little extra special! Abejas is where Alan and I had our first date and it’s still one of our favorite places for date nights and celebrations.

The menu changes with the seasons, the food is always so good and I love the atmosphere. Dinner followed by a walk along Clear Creek makes for a pretty great evening!

And apparently we like it enough that you may even spot Alan and I on their website or social media.
