Karen has earned both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations placing her in the top 5% of her profession. She is an associate Broker with Irongate Inc. Realtors, one of the largest independently owned real estate firms in the greater Dayton area. She is a member of the Dayton REALTORS®, the Ohio Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Karen is the recipient of the Irongate Sales Leaders Award (2000-2022) for multi-million dollar sales production annually. Englewood office Manager from 2009 to 2018. In 2006.
