Last Friday I hosted Stony Creek Elementary School's 1st ever Outdoor Movie Night! Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT Realty Corp. International will match the net funds raised by EXIT Associates benefiting Stony Creek Elementary PTO up to $800.00 and GUESS WHAT!!! We had over 100 attendees to watch the movie, Flubber and we raised over $800, which EXIT Realty will match! That's over $1,600 going back to Stony Creek Elementary!!!

I'm so happy to be a part of such a wonderful school community and an awesome Real Estate company that gives back!

Happy 9th Birthday to Nick! 🎉 It was so fun celebrating him at Dave and Buster’s and eating all of his favorite things all day! He is the sweetest boy and we couldn’t love him more! 🩵

I was lucky enough to be able to help my sister in law and brother in law buy their first home in Loveland! 🏡 They got it for under list price and both sellers and buyers agreed to a month rent back. It’s a beautiful home and I’m so excited for you two!

The past few months I've had the pleasure to help some of my amazing clients buy and sell! I helped an out of state investor purchase a new build townhome to use as an income property. I also helped a newly married couple purchase their first home and negotiated a 60 day seller rent back that worked for both the sellers and my buyers, who were moving from out of state. I had the opportunity to help another client purchase a duplex, which she intends on living in one side and continue renting out the other side to the current tenant. I helped my out of state sellers, who were selling their Broomfield income property, by negotiating non-refundable earnest money and a limited inspection while closing in an expedited timeframe. Lastly, I helped sell a property in Thornton with no inspection objection and a two week close.
