🏡 How is the market?

A lot of people ask me whether it's a buyer's market or a seller's market.

Here's the reality: it's a negotiation market.

In my last two deals, there was nearly a $100,000 gap between what buyers wanted to pay and what sellers expected to receive.

Seller: "I won't take less than $600K."
Buyer: "I won't pay more than $500K."

That's today's market.

Prices aren't moving the same way in every neighborhood. Some homes are sitting longer, some are selling quickly, and smart negotiation matters more than ever.
