This weekend, wow this weekend!!! 🏡🍾🎅

During one of the biggest events I’ve hosted all year (Santa), I managed to finalize negotiations between two deals and get my clients

The left photo is a purchase and it is one of the most magnificent properties and homes I’ve shown, while the right side was an investment property for my client who is selling it (2 days on the market) and making a first-time home buyer’s dream come true all while making some 🤑 (just what he intended).

Who says you can’t do business in December? I guess who you hire does matter 🤔😉
