Turning 60 doesn’t mean slowing down. It means you’ve earned the wisdom to choose what matters and you still have so much life left to live, learn, love, and become. ❤️

12 things you can do after 60:

1️⃣ Keep learning something new. Your brain still wants the challenge.

2️⃣ Move daily. Even if it’s just a walk around the block.🚶🏽‍♀️

3️⃣ Stay connected. Build relationships with people younger AND older than you.

4️⃣ Say YES to the trip. ✈️ Don’t wait until your knees make the decision for you! 😂

5️⃣ Keep your curiosity louder than your caution.

6️⃣ Mentor someone. Someone needs what you already know.

7️⃣ Keep your friendships active. Don’t always wait for the invitation. Make the invitation. ❤️

8️⃣ Try the hobby you’ve been saying you’ll get to “someday.”

9️⃣ Protect your sleep like it’s part of your job. 😴
