The local market in Manalapan, Englishtown, & Marlboro is off to a solid start this year. 🏡 With January officially in the books, we see solid numbers with 63 homes entering the market, 67 homes sold 💰, 50 homes entering into contract, and only 7 listing homes expiring. All signs point to strategically priced homes selling quickly with an average days on market of just 33 days ⏱️, and a spike in the average sale price up to $772,268 📈.
All signs point to this being a great year for our area, regardless of interest rates. If you’re thinking of moving soon, consider finding out what your home is worth and cashing in on your equity now before the market gets more competitive during the Spring rush. ❗️

I wanted to share one of my family’s favorite spots—Cuzin’s Seafood & Clam Bar in Marlboro! 🦞🍤 Whether you’re a seafood lover, or just looking for a great night out, this place checks all the boxes.This place is one of Marlboro’s gems and going there for our kids’ birthdays is a tradition going 4 years strong at this point. Let’s face it, any place where a 4 year old will eat mussels and bronzino is 4-stars in my book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️What I love most about Cuzin's Seafood Clam Bar - Marlboro is the vibe—it’s perfect whether you’re out with friends, having a family dinner, or celebrating something special. They’ve nailed that welcoming, local feel that keeps people coming back.If you’re thirsty, they always have an updated seasonal cocktail menu too. 🍸On the menu tonight was the pork chop, fettuccine with shrimp 🍤, mussels, bronzino, and the cheesecake brûlée and lemon mint sorbet.
