"SWEAT EQUITY" What is it and how can it benefit you and your property's value?

DIY projects can sometimes be overwhelming, leaving you asking yourself questions like; "Am I doing this right?", "Will this project look good when its finished?", "By doing this will I actually be adding value to my home?" The list can go on and on. But SWEAT EQUITY doesn't just come from doing major projects. Sometimes a little effort towards killing those pesky weeds or simply cleaning up the cobwebs and lurking pests can provide value to your home.

EVEN IF YOU AREN'T PLANNING ON SELLING YOUR HOME SWEAT EQUITY IS WORTH IT!!
Not every project you do will offer a return financially, but others including yourself will see the value in your hard work.
