Apex Title & Closings-Enid is seeking a receptionist for our Enid Location. An outgoing personality, great customer service skills, good organizational abilities, and a pleasant telephone voice are required. In addition, the ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and a willingness to learn new and challenging responsibilties are also necessay. Real estate or banking experience is preferred but not required.

All of our Apex office’s are coming together and doing a drive for the tornado victims , volunteers and first responders . They will be delivering it probably the end of next week. As these next few days pass I am sure things will come up that you all will realize what you need ! Please feel free to reach out to me and I can let our offices know what is needed. We just donated a 160 burgers ,chips and Gatorade for Red Cross to cook and distribute. We love supporting our community!

Responsibilities will include answering the phone, greeting customers , setting up new files and post closing and funding. An outgoing personality, great customer service skills, good organizational abilities, and a pleasant telephone voice are required.
