We have a darling 1 bedroom house available for rent! It has a large open living room, spacious kitchen, and a good-sized utility room with plenty of storage. The dining room has also been used as a second bedroom by many of our renters and could easily work as a home office as well.

Located behind Freddy’s near the downtown area, with a parking space available.

There is no fenced-in yard and no backyard, but there is a good-sized front yard. Bathroom has a shower, no bathtub.

Tenant is responsible for utilities: Water, Gas, and Electric.

Pets are welcome with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

With cooler temperatures expected, some may want to use their small space heaters. If so, DO NOT plug them into a power strip. These devices are not designed to handle the energy load of a space heater and can overheat causing a fire hazard. ⚠️🔥

Tenants, it’s that time of year. It’s getting extremely cold and pipes are at risk of freezing. Please take extra precautions to avoid frozen pipes!

- Let cold water drip overnight, preferably from faucets on an outside wall.

- Open cabinet doors allowing heat to get to uninsulated pipes under sinks near exterior walls.

- Keep your thermostat set at the same temperature day and night (higher than 57°)

- Insulate exposed water pipes, such as those in crawl spaces, basements, or near outside walls.

- Disconnect hoses

If you need help with anything or think your at risk of frozen pipes, call us immediately. We will come insulate pipes and cover crawl spaces.

If your pipes do freeze - call us immediately and we will come shut off the water.

Please make sure you have a heater on hand and extra water.
